SATORI OCEAN HOUSE IS COVID-CERTIFIED AND ALLLOWED TO WELCOME GUESTS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD! 

  • Transportation to and from airport for guests will be arranged with a designated taxi driver with a Tourism Operational Certificate;

  • Villa Host will meet guests onsite wearing a face mask and observing the physical distancing requirement of 6ft;

  • Guests are required to sign their adherence to the protocols and a liability waver on checking in to the property.

  • Hand sanitizer and masks will be made available to guests at entrance to the property and in communal areas.

  • Mandatory temperature checks will be done at check-in to ensure no one is experiencing a temperature of over 100°F or 33.77°C by the villa host.

  • Our property manager will inform guests of standard protocols when venturing out i.e. wearing masks, social distancing, and frequent washing of hands.

ARRIVAL/CHECK IN

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW PRIOR TO LANDING  

ST. LUCIA HAS INSTITUTED THE FOLLOWING TRAVEL PROTOCOLS STARTING JULY 9, 2020 which you will be required to acknowledge:

  • Passengers coming in to adhere to all protocols relevant to airport

  • All arriving passengers to be screened, including temperature checks

  • All arriving passengers must have a negative result from a Covid – PCR test done within 7 days of travel 

  • All symptomatic passengers to be isolated and tested.

  • All passengers who test positive for COVID-19 to be transferred to Respiratory Hospital for treatment and care at their cost.

  • Other passengers to be transferred to approved COVID-19 accommodation/ government quarantine site/home quarantine

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

  • House cleaners are to wear protective gear being facemasks, gloves and disposable/100% cotton aprons while conducting their cleaning duties.

  • Strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols will be followed in all guest rooms after check-out and before check-in with attention paid to high-touch items and areas.

  • Rooms will be ventilated before and during cleaning. Allow fresh air to circulate for at least 20 minutes. If possible, house cleaners will leave all windows open during the entire cleaning process.

  • After every check out all laundry and reusable items will be washed in water at 60C or more. This includes, bed linen, towels, tea cloths, tablecloths, cushion covers.

  • To prevent unnecessary exposure, daily housekeeping will not be provided.  Guests will be provided with towels; linens and amenities for their full stay. Delivery of additional towels, linens, and in-room amenities will be available on request.

  • Our team will perform adequate disinfection of swimming pools and maintenance of disinfecting chemicals at the higher end of the recommended disinfection spectrum.

  • A continuous education and training system will be implemented at the property to ensure all staff members are fully aware of the risk that exists according to duties undertaken as well as the mitigation measures to minimize risk and exposure to COVID-19.
